"Saratoga's Floral Fetes"
Teri Blasko, Local History Librarian at the Saratoga Springs Public Library, will tell the story of this elaborate floral parade that attracted thousands of visitors to Saratoga Springs the first week of September for nine consecutive years as well as the story of the man who brought the idea for the Floral Fetes to the Spa City. This program is free and open to the public, held in the Dutcher Community Room of the Saratoga Springs Public Library. Program begins promptly at noon. Tea and coffee are provided.
